As an IT Security Consultant (m/f/d), you will carry out attacks on web applications, MobileApps and systems at our company and examine networks for security vulnerabilities. We, SySS GmbH, are an IT service company with a focus on IT security testing. Founded in 1998, we are now the market leader in the field of penetration testing and employ a team of about 160 people at four locations in Tübingen, Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Vienna. Our work focuses on hacking web applications and IT infrastructures of well-known customers of all sizes and industries, many of whom we have been advising for many years. YOUR TASKS WITH US You will conduct attacks on web applications, MobileApps and systems, and investigate large enterprise networks for security vulnerabilities In doing so, you will coordinate the course of the project independently in close contact with our customers You complete each project with a written documentation of your security analysis for our customer You will advise our clients on how to improve internal IT security and provide consultative support in assessing your test results YOUR PROFILE You have successfully completed your (technical) university studies in (business) computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable field of study, or a comparable professional training You are creative, in finding solutions you are a "around-the-corner thinker". You are enthusiastic about operating systems (Linux), networks and programming You are reliable and your work is on schedule Willingness to travel, flexibility and very good German and English skills we assume Optimally, you have a sound technical knowledge of sub-areas of IT security WE OFFER YOU A new challenge with every project. An experienced PenTester and IT Security Consultant will train you intensively as part of our full-time tutor concept and accompany you for the first 6 months with us. You will work in a team characterized by experience and fresh spirit. If you wish, you can use your didactic skills as a trainer of a training course but also as a speaker for live hacking or expand your expertise through research and development in the field of IT security.
