YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Publish attractive and professional job postings Fill expert/manager positions for all businesses and functions Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Close cooperation with our Recruiters from GBS Bulgaria to source candidates Implement internal candidate pools, support organizing internal “career lounges” to promote internal job offers and career options Implement recruitment / employer branding campaigns offline (events, offline advertisements and social media postings) in close alignment with marketing Participating at internal events, college career days, job fairs and special events at colleges and universities Reporting and follow up of Recruiting and HR KPIs YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree or proven experience and interest in Talent Acquisition A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or recruitment Excellent English and German skills, further languages are an asset Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders across and outside the company Excellent communication and advertising abilities in specific with social media Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills Structured thinking, ability to create new concepts / strategies and highly efficient in organizing him/herself International mindset & intercultural skills Open to change WE OFFER New Work: flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis Individual promotion of your strengths and goals Voluntary social benefits through our company health program PALfit Job ticket: to and from PALFINGER by public transport Relocation package in case of relocation Last but not least: performance-oriented and fair salary Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 44.,22 based on full-time employment.
