F&B Director
Location: Vienna, Austria
Salary: €70,000 + 20% bonus

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Director to lead the food and beverage operations of a newly opened lifestyle hotel in Vienna. With four unique outlets (rooftop bar, bistro, lobby bar, and speakeasy bar) and a team of over 70 staff members, this role is perfect for a strong people manager who can forecast, manage budgets, and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the F&B team across all outlets, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.Develop and manage rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels.Oversee financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and forecasting.Drive sales and profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.Implement effective training programs to develop staff skills and knowledge.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a similar role within lifestyle brands and multiple outlets.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proficient in managing rosters, financials, and operational budgets.Excellent communication skills in both German and English.Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast and plan ahead.Hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Compensation and Benefits:
