Your mission at RBI
Manage services with service providers in the specific domain of financial market data services. Effective relationship management with key market data vendors and vendor performance management as well as simplifying the vendor contracts landscape and rationalizing the licensing costs. Collaborate closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Incorporate operational standards to comply with industry regulations and best practices as well as facilitate a meaningful documentation. Management of market data service budget including cost management: consumption monitoring, budget execution, budget input, forecasts, accruals. Support of current and future market analysis: explore diverse options, market landscape, market date sources comparison.
Your core competencies
Proven experience in an IT service manager role in a corporate or enterprise company Proficiency in IT SLA, budget management and understanding of financial IT application architecture Understanding of cyber security and IT risk requirements within a regulated environment Sufficient knowledge in data access and license compliance management Strong soft skills including the ability to work as part of an agile organization. Proficiency in English to collaborate and negotiate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and vendors

Experience in financial services Experiences about market data products & administration services (LSEG RTDS – LSEG D. A. C. S, LSEG Eikons, LSEG E. A. S., Bloomberg CSC, Bloomberg BPIPE, Bloomberg Terminals, Bloomberg DL, ION Analytics)
