Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the execution of HVACR and BMS installation projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and the highest ethical standards.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers, promoting collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

Engage in pre-bid processes, assessing risks and providing accurate information to support sales efforts.

Drive project reviews and initiate corrective actions to optimize performance and enhance profitability.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the team.

Coach and develop team members on operational risk management and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards for all team members and subcontractors.

Your Qualifications: Proven experience in HVAC/R, BMS operations or a senior project management role.

Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of people management experience, focusing on team development and collaboration.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.

For this position we offer annual salary starting from € 85,500.
