If you have been the CEO or COO of a foundation and worked for a top project in the space, then this is for you.
Strategic Leadership: Develop high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives of the project, in cooperation with the project founders Shape the vision and mission of the foundation, ensuring alignment with the Blockchain project's goals Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, resource allocation, and project execution Collaborate with the board of directors to set revenue growth, research and development (R& D) and wealth maximization strategies Community Building and Advocacy: Foster community engagement within the Crypto ecosystem Blockchain & Crypto Experience: Previous work experience for a top100 marketcap Crypto project is a MUST Good understanding of blockchain technology Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a leader Experience managing teams Visionary Mindset: Passion for decentralization, financial inclusion & innovation Network and Advocacy: Strong industry connections with other Crypto projects, investors & regulators Risk Management and Adaptability: Agility to adapt to changing trends Leadership role at a Top100 market cap foundation Opportunity to build out an organisation International role, 100% remote yet based in the heart of Europe
