Actively participate in implementing the sustainability reporting strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders Support business stakeholders in all aspects of sustainability reporting and processes with tools such as Power BI, Sphera, SAP, etc Control and manage changes to sustainability reports, processes, and applications to ensure smooth implementations Manage and improve IT processes related to sustainability reporting and applications Contribute to or lead sub-projects related to the development of sustainability reports and processes Manage and oversee the data gathering and processing from various data sources  Contribute to the ongoing SAP S/4 HANA implementation project in the area of sustainability

Your Profile Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, information systems, or a related field 2+ years of professional experience in business consulting or as business analyst in any relevant fields Deep understanding of data analysis and visualization through Power BI Knowledge of various sustainability reporting standards, particularly ISCC+ is a plus Experience using Sphera is a plus IT consulting mindset with the ability to interact and engage effectively with business stakeholders Innovative thinker, capable of developing and implementing novel approaches that drive significant improvements and competitive advantage Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay ahead in the field and drive innovation Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals High level of integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and honesty in all actions and decisions

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 57,820 € (collective agreement for chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience, as well as a performance bonus, is a given.
