We are Biomedica - a dynamic, internationally active trading company with local offices in 13 European countries.

We serve customers in the field of medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, life science products, biomedical immunoassays and clinical IT with headquarters in Vienna.

A team of around 300 experienced and young specialists and experts - always on the lookout for innovative solutions.

We are looking for our internationally product team a Product Manager Serology & Automation (m/f/d) Product Strategy and Roadmap Development Define and develop the product sales strategy.

Integrate various products into a unique solution with a focus on our product ranges.

Align product strategy with market needs and company goals Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including suppliers, distributor managers, sales teams as well as field application specialist and customers Cooperate with international Biomedica sales teams Visiting and supporting national and international congresses, roadshows and seminars Flyers, brochures, product documents, selling support packages, newsletter and digital marketing activities in cooperation with our Shared Service Center Market Research and Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape together with sales teams and our business development.

Analyze competitor products and strategies.

Forecasting & reporting Customer Engagement and Support Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs and support local sales organizations Provide technical support and training to sales teams and customers Perform online as well as on-site demonstrations of instruments and related workflows Complaint Management in co-operation with our IFAS team Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a biosciences related field Experience as a product manager or salesperson in Diagnostics is welcome but not required Understanding of clinical workflows will help Ability and willingness to learn quickly and pass on knowledge to others Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Microsoft Office skills Very good English skills (written/spoken), German is a plus but not necessary Willingness to travel (up to 50%) Opportunity to work with a leading Diagnostics distributor Modern workspace with a balanced share between home office and office days Benefits like supported costs for meals and public transport, gym and more Company car, also for private use Collaborative and innovative work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Comprehensive training and onboarding (buddy system) Wonderful team with a friendly atmosphere - here are some insights: https://youtu.be/za Pzol OZhd Y und https://youtu.be/U-zg MXCw EBs The gross monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 2,800 (full-time) and will be discussed and agreed on an individual basis, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
