As a

, you will be responsible for selling events and room allocations for our 3 Vienna Hilton Hotels. With your passion for hospitality, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare offers and contracts, and manage invoicing.
Other responsibilities include:
Selling rooms, event spaces, and services Developing offers and contracts according to customer/guest requirements Managing and coordinating event/room bookings Independently conducting professional property tours and detailed discussions with customers Timely and efficient communication with customers/guests and colleagues Timely creation and distribution of BEOs, Alterations, Daily reports, etc. Greeting, assisting, and bidding farewell to customers/guests Conducting debriefs after events Checking (deposit) invoices for completeness and timely
