Qualifikation Expertise in translating intricate legal and regulatory concepts into practical advice for a non-legal audience.

Background in managing financial services licensing applications and direct engagement with regulatory bodies during these processes is a major plus.

5+ years in roles focusing on compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and its regulations.

Previous work in Mi FID II, Security-Compliance, or Payment-/E-Money Institutions is major plus.

Established legal background in a Fin Tech, financial services environment, or a prestigious law firm, particularly in corporate, transactional, M&A, or private fund sectors.

Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet strict deadlines autonomously.
