Your Tasks Lead the creation of detailed technical designs within a big Service Now implementation project.
Serve as an expert advisor for the roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization.
Mature architectural solutions to meet high cross functional requirements.
Transfer technical and functional requirements into the product backlog.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as external implementation partners and internal system capability teams to implement Service Now applications.
Provide guidance and support to Service Now administrators and developers.
Your Profile
Degree in computer science, informatics or related disciplines and 3+ years experience with Service Now, with a broad working knowledge of the platform’s capabilities and the applications that run on it.
Solid skills in Service Now solution design and architecture and proven experience in developing Service Now integrations and workflows.
Experience with advanced scripting in the Service Now platform (Java Script) and extensive Service Now Administration Experience.
Knowdledge of ITIL methodologies and processes and experience with working in agile teams.
Service Now certification (, Certified System Administrator, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) or ITIL certification is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and good German skills.

A minimum salary of €., gross per year is provided for the position of “Expert:in Enterprise/Info Sec Architektur” (according to the collective agreement in the field of automatic data processing and information technology). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment above the collective agreement level for ,5 hours per week is provided.
